Three cheers for the gung-ho parents of our UWC teens who bugged Kai Ming and a big thank you to Kai Ming who set this up.
On Wednesday 8 February, we did three demos in one short afternoon for the United World College SEA cohort during their staggered lunch breaks. The response was great. It was even better when Indio and Sombra joined us on their lunch break. (You guys rock!)

On Saturday 11 February, Instructor Rafael joined us for two public rodas outside Borders/Coffeebean on the sidewalk. Despite the fact that 2000 people showed up to audition for Singapore Idol 500 metres away, we had a large and appreciative audience. Needless to say, the energy level also shot up.

Our young classmates showed up at both rodas with their most supportive parents in tow whose enthusiasm was an encouragement to all of us. Rafael and Claudinho also invited some children to jogar with them. Those moments were priceless.

Our second roda ended on a high note with two birthday rodas - one for Michelle and the other for Feijao. The other birthday boy, Soneca, remained true to his famous namesake, was MIA (probably catching up on sleep after partying all night).
